Higher Education Sales Executive
Reports to:    Director of Domestic Sales
Department: Sales
Location:  Remote Home Office


Job Summary:
The Higher Ed Sales Executive is responsible for the mid to large account sales and sales related activity for the Domestic Sales Team. This position requires knowledge of solution-based selling, higher education organizations and a strong understanding of the education sales cycle.  This person will need to assist in the development of account strategies which include account profiles, demand/lead generation and detailed action plans. This person must work in coordination with the Director of Sales to maximize sales revenues and customer satisfaction/retention.

Essential Functions:
•    Achieve or overachieve assigned annual revenue targets. Execute and deliver at or above plan every month/quarter/year.
•    Effectively triage in-bound sales leads for sales potential and produce/provide proposals in a timely and accurate manner.
•    Collect and retrieve leads from sales conferences.
•    Perform product demonstrations in person and over the web.
•    Effectively manage the pipeline of opportunities to ensure that sales goals can be met.
•    Understand and communicate the pricing model for Atomic Learning.
•    Assist with sales conference logistics, travel, demo generation, tracking and etc.
•    Assist with any marketing and sales initiatives.
•    Update Salesforce.com CRM database on a daily basis.
•    Demonstrate operational excellence by delivering all requested sales reports, forecasts, budget information, and any other requested information in timely and accurate manner.
•    Other duties as the business demands.

Requirements
•    Higher education sales experience.
•    Experience with a consultative selling approach.
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•    Successful sales track record with a “hunter” mentality.
•    Territory planning/management experience.
•    Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals. 
•    Possess a strong customer service background.
•    Possess strong analytical/problem solving skills.
•    Self-motivated, dynamic, results oriented individual.
•    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
•    Be highly motivated and organized.
•    Customer-focused.

Inside Sales (Corporate)
Reports to:    VP of Sales
Department: Sales
Location:  In-office Little Falls HQ
Schedule:  M-F 8am-5pm


Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for sales and sales related activity for Atomic Learning’s corporate division, Atomic Training.  This position requires knowledge of solution-based selling within a B2B environment.  This person must act as the liaison between Atomic Learning and businesses as well as be the main contact person for these accounts.  This person will need to assist in the development of account strategies which include: account profiles, demand/lead generation and detailed action plans. This person must also be a point of contact for the organization for our Independent Sales Representatives.  

Essential Functions:
•    Achieve assigned annual revenue targets.  Execute and deliver at or above plan every month/quarter/year.
•    Embrace a consultative sales approach in dealing with customers and potential customers.   
•    Effectively triage in-bound sales leads for sales potential and produce/provide proposals in a timely and accurate manner.
•    Understand and communicate the pricing model for Atomic Learning
•    Perform webinars to showcase and/or train customers and potential customers on our products. 
•    Act as the front-line call person for Atomic Training.
•    Act as a point of contact for the organization for Independent Sales Representatives selling Atomic Training. 
•    Assist with any marketing and sales initiatives
•    Demonstrate operational excellence by delivering all requested sales reports, forecasts, budget information, and any other requested information in timely and accurate manner
•    Other duties as the business demands
Qualifications, Skill, and Abilities:
•    1+ years of successful B2B sales experience (inside or outside) preferred
•    Possess a strong customer service background
•    High school diploma; post-secondary schooling preferred
•    Have proven track record as self-starter and be self-motivated
•    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
•    Be highly motivated and organized
•    Customer-focused
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•    Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals
•    Outstanding time management skills and the ability to set priorities
